The 1500 Classic is the entry level option for some one who would like to own a RAM truck. It is priced to compete with some light-duty full-size trucks as well as mid-size trucks, since RAM does not have one. The truck has fewer trim options but has a lot of capabilities and offers many different configurations. Although it is a generation that has been around for many years, this truck is well equipped for any tough job or a commute ride. Some of the competitors are Ford F-150, Toyota Tacoma, GMC Canyon, and Nissan Frontier.
